The interest in this scheme has grown hugely in 2024 and it is generally expected to grow even further in 2025. This is intended to equip assessors with relevant information on these schemes, the application process, eligibility criteria, the role of the BER Assessor and how they can better inform their clients about available deep retrofit and vacant/derelict property grants and subsidies.
